I am 23 years old male and i share an apartment with my 19 year old sister. We go to the same university in california and in order to save money our parents put us up together. Growing up my sister and i were like best friends. We hung out with the same social circle, listened to the same music, had the same interests ect and now even we go to the same school. Well over the last year she has been living with me she has started wearing less and less clothes around the house. At first at home after she came home she'd just put on sweats or baggy pjs and lounge in that but over time she began wearing tight pants, then it was small shorts, then small tight shorts, and now she always wears shorts were half her butt hangs out, or shorts so tight she gets a "camel toe' She has always been an athlete so she is in great shape so i understand wanting to show off but in front of me seems weird. She has even noticed me glance down at her butt or cleavage and said, "enjoying the view" so i do not know what to do. My question for the ladies is, is this normal for girls to dress like this at home? would you or have you ever dressed like that in front of your brother? and what would you say if you noticed your brother looking?

My neighbor told me the other day that our township Code Inspector entered our house, walked through taking pictures and left without our permission!!

I now believe it because we just got certified letters in the mail stating that our heating system is out of code, and we have 10 days to fix the problem or we will get heavily fined, up to $1000 a day.

Does the code inspector have the right to enter our home without our permission??

i have the olympus stylus 300.. so to open it you just have to slide the cover off .. so when i borrowed it to my mom the battery is just charging . i was in a hurry so i just took it off. i was able to use it then after sometime it went off.. so when i came back home.. i charged it.. after awhile i put the battery back on but then when i try opening it .. the screen is just blank.. only the two led lights were blinking!! does this mean my the camera is broken? i tried charging the battery again!!

Hi all! My first birthday since going vegan is coming in July (far away, I know, but being a teen vegan isn't easy and I have to plan out my meals a lot in advance, plus I'm looking forward to baking my cake!)And I'm baking a vegan chocolate cake. Anyway I'll probably make it a double layer cake and I'm wondering if anyone knows of tasty vegan cake filling to put in between the layers? It can really be anything… I'm open to fruity, chocolatey, whatever. I was thinking of something raspberry or blackberry maybe?
It can be homemade (but please keep it relatively simple!) or store-bought or most storebought with some at-home steps. Whatever. I'm open to all suggestions.

my brother had an incident at his house when he wasn't home. basically he picked up his little cousin (who is 6 years old) so that she could have a sleep over with his daughters. while he was at work one of his daughters made their little cousin some soup and it spilled all over the little girls chest. instead of taking her to the emergency room they just simply didn't. his wife who was there is pretty ghetto. i wouldn't expect her to do much, but when my brother came home (keep in mind he works at a hospital) he doesn't take her to the emergency room either and lets the little girl suffer with second and 3rd degree burns on her chest over night. he brings the little girl back to her mother the next day and she was extremely angry and upset. completely understandable because honestly i probably would have sued him. my brother is going through a lot of financial problems right now and i think he didn't take her to the hospital because he was worried about being responsible for the hospital bill. he seemed to feel bad about the whole situation but thats doesn't change the fact that she didn't get medical treatment when she was supposed to. what do you think of this whole situation? i'd like to tell him many different opinions on this situation so i can get it to make sense to him why this situation was handled wrong. thank you
